To whom it may concern;As you know, when the water in the tank boils and when water is poured into the teapot, it has to simmer for at least 10 minutes on a low heat!First of all you didn't test it if it leaks or not and not only that, it doesn't have on/off switch, it has to be plugged in to work to to boil or it has to be unplugged to turn it off!!!It has a beautiful work of art done on the body of it a so sorry to say that it has a stupid design that makes it useless, it's ONLY good for a decor, not useful!not compatible in usa :(It arrived with the spigot leaking and odd dremeling done around the top in a random fashion. We used it a few times and it broke. It will not heat water any longer. We will be returning. What a joke.Product came bent all over, very bad quality, looks used, and not compatibile in the USA.
