I loved the shape and form of these pots, and bought them in all three sizes hoping for good thick copper I could keep shiny and use for years. Unfortunately, this product is impossible to use for its stated purpose: if you cook anything like goulash in it, the unsealed metal seeps green copper into the food and ruins it. The pots tarnish on the very first use, and are impossible to restore to their original luster. The pictured pot has been used about six times since it was purchased in February, and it looks like this. I've tried salt and lemon juice, vinegar, and commercial applications. That luster they had when I opened the box is completely gone. Now they're a rather sad brownish color with hints of green. This is a real disappointment given what I paid. I would steer clear of these pots.
